<p>Alabama Action and Outdoor Action are two community service programs offered only to students who are incoming freshmen and in the honors program. They are a week long and allow students to earn one credit. </p>
<p>Because of the nature of the program, students will move into their dorms a week earlier than other freshmen. It’s a great chance to help the community and meet a lot of your classmates.</p>

<p>its pretty awesome. im not so psyched about giving up an extra week of summer but im excited to meet other honors people and to get involved in the community.</p>
<p>My son is doing Outdoor Action so is moving in Aug 9th. He had a great time at honors orientation in May!</p>
