"To Do" list.

I have items on my to do list that should not be there. I have tryed emailing the uncsubmit and unchelp email acounts multiple times but I keep getting Mailer Demons because there inbox is overflowed.
What would be the best way to inform them of this problem?

Not trying to be mean but hope you used spell check and had someone proof read your essays.

Tryed and there…really?

UNC hasn’t updated my UNC account either. According to my account, they haven’t received any of the materials that I sent. I sent my recommendation, counselor statement, transcript, and ACT scores in the month of September. I called them a few days ago, and they told me to contact them back when it has been 4 weeks since I submitted my application. So give it some time

I wonder if the admissions backlog is particularly bad because of the common app…meaning more people have applied to UNC than ever before.

That’s just speculation on my part.

eadad thanks for your insightful comment, yes my essays were edited…

And the thing is I have sent them a email reguarding my problem but because of the backlog there email is overflowed so they do not recieve it.

I don’t know about this back log they keep talking about. We are living overseas and sent something via DHL and it was taken off the to do list the day it was received which was a couple of days ago. Makes you wonder.

So if the “To Do” section has no to do’s and the status section says thank you for submitting your application, I assume that means they have received everything from me and I can quit checking until the decision date?

hey dude I’m in the same boat and there are actually A LOT of people in that boat with us, it’s loaded up! I’ve been chatting it up with many folks about UNC applications and everbody I know from my high school that applied to UNC applied via the EA process. I checked that website the other day and it said the same thing and they’ve received my SAT scores/updates. One thing you could do is check the common app for UNC that under ‘school forms’, you can actually see if/when the school has downloaded your 1) school form and 2) all the recommendations you chose to send in (it says ‘downloaded’ on this/that day). At least you’ll know all is in and then it’s merely hurry up and wait. Good luck bro.

the kitesurfer.

I called the admissions department and was able to get on the phone with someone that could help me.
So if you really need to get in touch with them just call.

So is anyone like me where UNC took off like 2/4 requirements? I’m still waiting for 2 of my requirements to be listed as received

UNC was really quick at first when i sent in my scores and recs; but now its been almost two weeks since i sent my transcript in and they havent updated yet. Getting a little nervous …
