To what extent is UR successful with elite graduate biology PhD program placements?

Please help if you can. I can’t find information online regarding the rate of success, or names of graduate schools to where Richmond sends it’s graduates. Would like to know where and how many of their students end up matriculating in PhD programs. They have a list of medical schools on the Pre-Health site, and it looks like the same list they’ve had for the last two years (been waiting for an update). Seems like it would be a good recruitment strategy to display PhD placements of their biology students with information online.

http://biology.richmond.edu/major-minor/careers/grad-schools.html here you go! Includes medical schools, master’s programs, dental school, PhD programs, etc!

Thanks!

Congratulations to the UR Class of 2018! Any news on where this year’s Bio and BMB graduates will attend graduate school? I was told from a former student that the list from the link above hasn’t been updated in a few years.

My 2016 UR BMB graduate was accepted into PhD programs at Duke, UNC Chapel Hill, and UVA.

So impressive. Where did your daughter decide to matriculate?
