TOEFL and SAT should I take it again?

Hello, I'm now senior looking forward to new and aspiring college experience.(albeit, that all depends whether I get accepted or not)
Beginning of this inquiry started from one of my college adviser, who said I have to get more than 110 for it to actually benefit me.
Unfortunately, my TOEFL score is 105. The bright side of the story is that my SAT score is 2240 (760 CR, 800 M, 680 W), which will allow me to "apply" one of the more competitive schools.
How much of a magnitude does TOEFL has with some of the competitive schools (lets say Johns Hopkins for example)? Do I have to take it again?

BTW, how do I increase my speaking score? I got 30 out of 30 in both reading and listening, but I feel like speaking dose not reflect my actual speaking skill considering the fact that I've lived in United States for six years.

Any increment over 100 is meaningless. Colleges that require the SAT or the ACT decide based on those tests. The TOEFL is there just to ensure you can handle yourself in academic English (not just daily life English, but: reading a college textbook, responding appropriately to a professor, etc.) Once you’ve proved that, you’re fine and colleges don’t care. Your SAT score is excellent too. So now your admission to the most competitive schools will depend on 1° rigor of curriculum and 2° regional or national award in your chosen extra curricular activity.

And perfect essays :)
