Hello, I’m an international student whose in need of some help. Here are my three questions that I really need to know:

If I have studied in an International school where English is the language of instruction, is it necessary for me to take the TOEFL iBT? I have studied in that school for more than 5 years, and I have always received A or B in the English class. (The international school is NOT in the country where English is the primary language)

Will the colleges look down on you if you receive below 100 on the iBT score? Or will not care if you just pass 80 on the iBT score?

Will ETS report the iBT score to my high school just like the Collegeboard? Or will I be the only one who will see the score if I haven’t added any recipients?

Not sure, but I think you have it waived. Ask ETS directly to be sure.

Depends on each college. Ask their website. I know top schools require over 100, but MIT, for example, requires over 90.

Like for the SAT, you have 4 free recipients where they will send the scores for free. For each extra college, you must pay $17. But you can't send them yourself without an official score report from ETS.

For #2 and #3, Once you pass their (Intended University, that is) minimum requisites, they won't even bother how much you score coz they will love your SAT score (To be frank, TOEFL is just a formality, so it doesn't really matters, just be above minimum bar and it will do)..
And no, ETS is a money ''sucker'', it won't report ANYWHERE in the world until you want them to report (and of-course they will charge you)...:)..
