TOEFL deadline?

<p>So if I apply RD to american colleges, when's the latest TOEFL test date that would still arrive on time? I mean CB needs about 2-3 weeks for the sat and the january one is the last you can take for RD consideration. So what about the TOEFL? Would mid December be alright?</p>
