TOEFL for international students???

I read from Richmond website that the school only recognizes toefl as the proof of English proficiency.

I am wondering if they would accept 4 years of English-medium school instead. plus, I've also completed the O Level and A Level Examination (certified by the British Education system) (other colleges do accept this)

Does anyone have experience in this?

No, if you have SAT CR above 600, the TOEFL requirement is waived. You can find it in their FAQ.

i took sat once and i got below 600 for my CR
argh does anyone know about the 4 years of English -medium school thing… i don’t know if they accept it instead…

It’s also waived if you get over 600 on the Writing portion of the SAT.

I would imagine if it’s not mentioned on the website, 4 years of school isn’t accepted as a replacement for the test.

I got above 600 for writing

most of my friends from Singapore say that since we already completed the O Level so toefl is not required for most schools in the US.
I 've also applied ED and EA to some other colleges and they did not ask for my toefl either.

argh… i alr finished all the documents and essays, just waiting to submit…
I emailed them to ask. but perhaps must wait until 4th or 5th of Jan. Now is new year holidays…
