An email said I might consider retaking TOEFL because I got low speaking score and was unable to satisfy 6 credits English composition classes; I just took one English class.
About this suggestion, can I expect this positive decision, as long as I get good TOEFL score? or do you think this is just a part of reviewing process?
Even though I am not sure I can raise my score in two weeks, I will say yes to this suggestion. Just don’t wanna be bothered by vain hope.
