My situation is the following: I left the TOEFL for November and December so I was done with the ACT/SAT's. And now they canceled all Nov./Dec. dates for Portugal, where I live. The next date is early-January, which means I would only get the scores by mid-January and the colleges would only get them maybe late-January. But some of the colleges I'm applying for have December, and even November deadlines, and they require the test.

Can I submit those scores later and just send the application as it is? My option is to go to Spain and take the test there this month. Thanks for your help.

You’d have to direct this question to every single university individually. Personally, I would not take the risk and the take TOEFL earlier in Spain.

I’ve had the same problem and emailed the universities. They told me to take a test till January 17. However, here in Portugal they are providing again the tests in December.

I email them too, and most told me that the last dates they would accept would be December. The December test dates come and go in Portugal. A Dec 7th test showed up and I didn’t get it on time. I’m taking the test in Dublin.

Yesterday a new test date for Portugal was up, Dec 6th, but since I already have the plane tickets, it would be more expensive not to go (cancelation fee of the ticket + fee for changing the test).
