Too late?

I am now a junior in high school; my grades are strong (straight As), I try to take the most rigorous classes that my schedule/whatever situations allow (this year I'm taking 4 APs and 1 honors.. was supposed to take 5 APs but I got screwed over. Will take 5 APs in senior year), I'm expecting probably 2200+ on my SAT, etc.
My ECs are beyond weak. I made the dumbest mistake of not listening to my mom about joining clubs in freshman year and sophomore year. -_-

Here are my ECs:
Cross Country (9, 10, 12)
Track and Field (9, 10, 11, 12)
CSF (9, 10, 11, 12)
NHS (10, 11 - Secretary, 12 - President)*
Newspaper (11 - Editor-in-Chief, 12 - Editor-in-Chief)**
Community service at a library and at other places.

NHS is not just a "get in and do nothing" type of club at my school. We're pretty active and the 2nd or 3rd largest club on campus.
*Editor-in-Chief and other leadership positions are certain.

I really want to go to top-tier schools (HYPS, Duke, UCB, Ivies, etc.). Am I being completely unreasonable? I plan on joining 2-4 clubs this year and hopefully become officers in some of them by senior year but will it be too late by then?.. I know colleges don't really look too highly upon applicants that suddenly become very active in their junior and senior years. I also don't want to start a club for the hell of it; I'd rather not feign passion.

Thanks for reading!

Dude you have enough clubs. You don’t need more. The ones you have listed other than NHS are fine, just show through the essays that you’re special.

Yeah, those are honestly better than my ECs

and I joined Math Team sophomore year and XC junior year

The correct place for these things is College Admissions.

[I</a> think it’s definitely too late.](<a href=“jojo- too little too late - YouTube”>jojo- too little too late - YouTube)

Colleges prefer quality over quantity. If you are committing yourself to three-four clubs for four years and then getting leadership positions, then you are fine… and it looks to be that you are.

I wouldn’t worry a bit.
