Stand on the ladder?

Haha, I assumed that. I was looking for something more specific...(ie. tips) Knowing me, I'll likely kill myself attempting to make my bed every morning. :P

Or you can just leave it unmade ;)
Nobody's going to sit on it, and hardly anyone will look up there.

you do not want the bottom bunk because if ur roomate is anything like me he will toss and turn all night.

Making your bed on the top bunk is a skill that I mastered this past spring semester (started out on the bottom bunk, roomie wanted to switch so ended on the top). basically you just make one side at a time, starting with the side next to the wall. I usually did it while standing on the ladder. then you can sit on the made side and fix the other side. Whew... it's quite and skill.

And top bunk sucks. Who wants to have to climb a ladder at 4 a.m. after spending the last 5 hours drinking? Not to mention it makes having guests difficult.

Wait, people make their beds in college?!?!

making the top bunk: When you get out of bed in the morning, kneel at the top of the bed and make the bottom, then you can climb over to the bottom part and make the top. When you jump down (I never used the ladder to get down), you can tug on the side of the comforter to make it look neat. That worked for me because my roommate was still asleep most of the time and I wouldn't bug her. (the bunk bed was in a corner)
