Top transfer schools that don't require HS GPA/Test Scores?

I think the thread title is self-explanatory. If not...

What are some of the top schools out there for transfer students that don't look at your High School transcript or your test scores?

UCLA UCB USC Cornell at JR level transfer

I just went to USC's website and they require SAT and HS transcripts for all transfers (?)

I'm pretty sure Cornell does too...

Pomona doesn't require highschool report if you've been out for like 3 years or something. Check into it.

As junior level transfer, they want to see your HS & testing scores in order to gain a "holistic" view of the applicant's academic history.

However, some colleges claim that they care much more about grade trends in college. Just because they ask to see your old scores doesn't necessarily mean it will be a negative against you in your application. If you have excellent grades now, and you have some sort of "overcoming of adversity" story, then it could even be beneficial.

From NYU:

"Most successful transfer applicants follow a general liberal arts curriculum at their school. Typically, the successful candidate will have completed at least a year of college credit (minimum thirty semester hours) and maintained at least a "B" average overall, although the most competitive candidates usually exceed these minimum standards. **If you have been in college less than a year, your high school record will be an important consideration for admission. **Students who are currently completing the first semester of their freshman year at a college or university are not eligible to apply for spring transfer admission to the College of Arts and Science. "

If the high school records for freshman transfers are viewed highly...it seems to imply that high school records become less important as more college units are racked up.

I'm looking for schools that don't require you to send in your HS transcript at all, not one's that don't consider as heavily for admission. Same with SAT scores.

As for top schools that don't require HS transcript and standardized testing, UCB & UCLA will be it.

USC (provided you have 30 cred.+), Cornell, and NYU don't require standardized testing but may require high school records.

What's wrong with schools that don't consider HS grades & testing important in their admissions process?

Well I bet they still consider it to like the smallest of extents, but mainly focusing on your college grades if you have enough credits.

I have no proof, just speculation.

At one point in high school, my GPA was around 1.0, along with an SAT score that was below 1000/1600. I've called USC, Cornell, and NYU to inquire about this and they said there are numerous ways to compensate for a poor high school record. Two years is alot of time to show an admissions committee what you're worth. I listed these schools because they are actually my target schools, and I can only target schools who are willing to look past my high school record.

walnut, so you mean that an Ivy like Cornell would consider your application without submitting your high school record and SAT scores? If so, that would be when you apply as junior, right?

Hrrrm...woops I forgot to mention, but all of my efforts are in the context of a junior level transfer.

I would be submitting my past records, but they said it's only used to see the student holistically.
