From what I’ve heard, BC is not really known as a sprinting school and is mainly focused on mid-distance/ distance. However, on the site I see a few sprinters who run the 400m so if I were to get my time to a 49/50 (these are the times that the sprinters were running) what kind of money are we talking about here? I’m assuming I wouldn’t be getting a full ride.

hey, i run track and one of my teammates last year is currently a freshman at BC. he ran 49.XX in hs, although im not sure how much money he got. im assuming not much, because i havent heard anything about it. id suggest emailing the coach about it.

dyestat would be a better place to ask, here people know nothing about running. chances are scholarship money would be slim but the coach could really help you out with admission if thats what you need. track and field for men only gives out 12.6 scholarships a year, and bc is giving fulls to a lot of there sub 4 milers, its tough to get money at any division I program, but it cant hurt to ask.
