Tranferring into UF

<p>I'm currently looking into 2 programs from UF one which is likely impossible for me to get into, Junior Honors Medical Program, and BS Health Science. I'm transferring from Valencia and I'm only on my first year. Both are limited access programs and I'm still thinking if I should continue my AA in Biology or if I should pursue an AS in cardiovascular technology. I went to Valencia because my residency didn't meet UF's requirement. My family just moved here in America so were sort off starting from scratch that's why a community college makes sense to me. </p>

<p>I'd say go with the AA but see if you can get ahold of an advisor at UF. Tell them you plan to apply as a transfer student in Health Science or the Junior Honors Medical Program (I'm not sure if you can apply for Honors College as a transfer though :-/) and you want to know what you need to take in order to get into the program. They can probably offer you some better help :) If you can find one who knows what they're talking about! :)</p>
