I made a big fat mistake on my UC freshman application in reporting grades. This error was noticed, obviously, causing my applications to be cancelled.

Additionally, some of the UCs told me "This action precludes you from having a future with the University of California" and others said something like "This does not make you eligible for undergraduate admission to our UC, or any other UC"

Is this true? Can I not even apply as a transfer anymore? Is this true? ***?!

I understand getting a cancelled admission. I guess I inflicted that on myself. But being added on a blacklist? Is this an empty threat? Are they serious?

If they really did say, “This action precludes you from having a future with the University of California”, then you’re pretty much screwed as far as applying to UCs. I doubt that it was just because you put down an incorrect grade. People make mistakes like that all the time.

I looked over your old posts, you didn’t put a grade down wrong you were expelled from your high school for cheating. bad bad bad. good luck trying to get into another university somewhere, and don’t cheat at CC because if you get caught your chances of attending a good college or university again in this country are sliiiiiim

nah, same person. the UCs would not kick you out for misrepresenting a grade. well, maybe rescind you but not blacklist you. this will just freak the crap out of anyone who DID make a little mistake and sweat that it will be the end of the world. you have to straight up LIE blatantly or mess up horrendously for them to never allow you to attend.

just like how this person is lying on this thread. Sometimes you got to grow up and take accountability for your actions. It seems you have not changed from your HS days and are still acting shady. Listen, you can cheat me, everyone here from CC and some colleges but you will NEVER cheat yourself. Seriously, grow up

Self report before sending in transcripts. She probably didn’t make a “small” mistake but rather changed all her grades from the D’s and F’s to A’s.
