Transfer and little to no prerequisite?

Transfer from CCC with IGETC completed by Spring 2014. </p>

<p>I listed Anthropology and Geography as my intended major on my application but have since changed my mind. Unfortunately I can’t submit changes to my application so I’m really bummed out. I will be missing two “required” courses on the major information page by the time I transfer. Does this mean I don’t have a shot? As for my ECs, I work 24 hours a week and also volunteer at a hospital and my friend’s startup nonprofit. I don’t know if they overlook required prereqs if I am strong in other areas. Whatdya think? Thanks!!!</p>

<p>I talked to an admissions officer that told me, at least for my major, that not having completed even one required class would be a huge setback to my chances at getting accepted.</p>
