Transfer Chances as an in-state Sophomore to Chapel Hill???

Hey guys, this is my first post to this board but I am currently in a community college and so far I have a 4.0 and I plan on maintaining that for all 33 transfer credits. My high school grades were not that good at all, but I believe I have some good extracurriculars? Here is an overview of my high school info-

(Both high schools that I was in were private and hard to get into as well not sure if that helps)
-H.S. GPA-
Freshman year 3.9 W/ 3.3 UW
Sophomore year 4.3 W/ 3.5 UW
Junior year 3.7 W/ 3.3 UW
Senior year 3.4 W/ 2.6 UW(I transferred during the middle part of my Senior year due to my family moving and attended an even harder private school and had not acclimated to the new environment)
CUM GPA 3.88 W/ 3.28 UW (Yes, I am aware that is terrible :/)

-Was in the high school annual appeal play during freshman, sophomore, and junior year (was the lead role during junior year)
-Was in church Christmas play during my junior year
-Have completed 120+ hours of community service at local soup kitchens, second hand shops, and food drives (also plan on having 400 more hours by the time I apply to Chapel Hill in the Fall of 2016)
-Was on Junior Varsity volleyball team during my Freshman year
-Was on the Varsity cross country team during my Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior year
-Was awarded the Female Runner of the Year award in cross country consecutively during my freshman and sophomore year
-Also joined a competitive track and field club outside of my high school during my Junior year
-Was on the female soccer team and made the all-conference girls soccer team during my freshman year
-Was on the the Varsity co-ed Tennis Team during my senior year and was awarded the most improved
-Was the manager for the Varsity cross country team during my senior year
-Took Algebra 1 honors, English honors, geography honors, physical science honors for my freshman year
-Took Biology honors, English honors, world history honors for my sophomore year
-Took English honors, US History honors for my junior year
-Took Civics and Economics honors, pre-calculus honors, English honors, physics honors for my senior year

-Was in the National Beta Club during my sophomore, junior, and senior year and was elected as Vice President in my school’s beta club during my junior year and was elected as secretary during my Senior year
-Campaigned for the Regional District Beta Club Vice Presidency and spoke at the District Beta Club Convention during my Junior year
-Also joined the National Student Government Association during my junior year and was elected as secretary
-Was awarded the Most enthusiastic in my honors world history class during my junior year

-I also am a professional arm-wrestler since the start of my freshman year and have won 7 national titles in America for the Female Division both left and right handed as well as taking a bronze medal at the 2010 WAF(World Armwrestling Federation) World Championships in Mesquite, NV. I have also participated in over 50 tournaments and have received many awards but to save time I won’t document that smaller ones.

-Also I am currently planning on introducing an arm-wrestling club at Chapel Hill and have already organized the basic idea of it and have been meeting with a member on the WAF board. That same member has already pulled together college arm-wrestling clubs and has a liability air-tight form drawn up by his lawyer.

-My ACT score was a 29 but I am studying this time and I know I can score in the mid 30’s

I would just like to know what my chances are of getting in as a transfer sophomore student?

I think you have a decent chance. Where are you transferring from? I live in NC so I’m curious. Here’s a link that gives transfer stats for Chapel Hill (scroll down a bit): http://admissions.unc.edu/apply/class-profile/

Hickory, North Carolina, but thank you so much for taking the time to give me feedback! It means alot
