Transfer Chances for Sage and SUNY Schools

First off: I'm new; hi! I'm looking to transfer to a four-year university the fall after next (Fall 2014); I have tried various Chance Me sites that have given me somewhat accurate results. If I need my high school transcripts, I'll see what I can do because I'm not too sure of my weighted GPA and I took two honors classes. I'm also unsure of my high school GPA in general and our class was never ranked.

High School Unweighted GPA: 3.0 (??)
High School Weighted GPA: ??
High School Class Ranking: ??

High School Honors Classes: Algebra I (credited) and Geometry I (credited; didn't pass regents). I haven't taken any AP classes - I wasn't offered them in the first place and we don't have many AP classes to begin with.

High School Information: My school was definitely not one of the top best, by any means. It was a place where we basically passed everything we could to get out of there.

College Unweighted GPA: 3.562 (so far)
College Weighted GPA: 3.562 (so far)

SAT-
Critical Reading: 470
Math: 540
Writing: 490

I'm thinking about taking the ACTs, if I need to.

Awards/Honors-
Academic Honor Roll: Freshman year, junior year, and senior year.

Extracurricular Activities-
4-H: Sophomore year to junior year; had to quit due to age limit.
Animal Outreach Club: Regular member; freshman year of college.

Newspaper Committee: Regular member; there were no leadership positions; junior year only.

Yearbook Committee: Treasurer; senior year only.

Jobs-

4-H: I consider this one because I was paid for three days; I worked as a cashier and cleaner for the building.

Hannaford Bros.: I recently got this job during the winter break; I work as a front-end cashier.

Housecleaning: This was during eighth grade up to sophomore year; my mom and I both worked this job until the lady we worked for passed on.

Major-
Currently: Liberal Arts - This is so I can get my general education courses out of the way.

Changing to: Digital Media; One of my advisors mentioned something about getting an Associate's degree in Individual Studies, but I haven't heard much besides that.

Going to Sage or SUNY for: Arts, Graphic Design, or Interior Design

I'm not too sure if I should apply to Russell Sage. It is the only college nearby that has the major I really want, but it is an expensive private school and my family's EFC range is on the low end of the spectrum. Needless to say, I've been applying for a lot of scholarships and the TAP award I receive for Hudson Valley Community College pays half of my bill.

Chances for: Russell Sage, SUNY Albany, SUNY New Paltz, and SUNY Oneonta.

Misc.-
Second generation college student.

I'm worried about doing my extracurricular activities because I don't want to lose focus on my school work.

All of my general education courses taken so far are transferable to these schools.
