Transfer chances for spring 2020? What do I need to work on going forward?

Looking at transferring to UW Madison for Spring 2020 and I just want to see where I stand right now and what I can do to improve my chances going forward.

Stats:
Currently in the first semester of my sophomore year at an out of state university.
4.0 GPA with 30 credits taken and 15 in progress.
Computer Science/Math double major
ECs: VP of Sorority, two software engineering internships at a big 5 tech company, involved in school theater program/acted in shows.
Have gotten strong letters of recommendation from professors in the past so I assume I can use those professors again for this application.

I think those are pretty solid stats but I’m not exactly sure what they are looking for and what else I should focus on.

Watch for being too late to transfer. Why wait so long? Too many credits and they won’t transfer. Both math and computer science are top tier majors so transferring sooner would be good. Why not for spring 2019?
