Transfer Chances- PLEASE!

Hello, I recently posted on here but received no response. I am wanting to apply to Columbia, Duke, and UPenn come next spring, spring of 2011. I currently have a 3.7 G.P.A and hail from the South. I have an ACT score of 28, which was taken with me not even wanting to go to college and barely caring. My track and field coach forced me to take it. However, now I have awakened this intellectual thirst which I would like maximized. I am a generalist. I love to learn everything. This is why I am applying to UPenn and Duke because of their PPE programs. I am applying to Columbia for its Economics/Philosophy degree.

I will list some of my activities

Summer Student Assistant for the Office of the Dean
Special Collections Summer Student Assistant
I can fluently speak French, Haitian Creole, Antillean Creole, and a couple other French-based creole languages
Model United Nations
Model Arab League
African MUN
Black Student Association
Athletic Department Assistant
Judicial Council- Student Justice
Special Event's Team

Some Honors
Model United Nations- Best Presentation Paper
Academic All-American
Academic All-Conference
Phi Eta Sigma
President's List- fall semester
Dean's List- spring semester

I also plan on doing an Oxford overseas study abroad all my sophomore spring semester so I have to buckle down and get my transferring papers in order before I leave for the study abroad trip.

What are my chances at the schools I have listed? Thanks!

It would be helpful to know what school you are at now…

I am currently at Mercer University. It is a private school located in Macon, Georgia. The thing is, I never even expected to go to college until like fall of senior year, due to my coach. Mercer just so happened to be nearby, and I simply applied without any desire to reach for the stars.

Bumping this up. I was wondering if anyone could give advice or anything on my direction to applying to the aforementioned universities?

Alright, I am guessing no one has an answer or response for me. Does anyone know if there are threads on transferring to Duke, UPenn, or Columbia for fall 2012? If so, can you direct me to it? Even threads that might help me out in anyway are welcome. I have been looking throu.h the site but I want to make sure I have not missed anything.
