Transfer chances/target schools for business major

Hi, I just finished my freshman year at USC Marshall. I'm taking a year off and then will try to transfer to another school. Here are my general stats:

College GPA (32 credits): 3.82 - Several 100-level courses, several 200-level courses, one 300-level course.
College EC's - Pretty good, above average.
High School GPA: 3.8W, 3.2UW
SAT: 1480 (800M, 680V)
SAT II: 680 Writing, 760 Math I, 740 US History
HS EC's - very good due to music and sports. a lot of leadership activities

I'm looking at NYU Stern, Cornell, Columbia, Northwestern, and UC Berkeley.

Any suggestions regarding my target schools and other business programs/top undergrad schools I should look at? Also, would taking a year off (I want to go abroad to volunteer and to intern) affect my transfer outcomes in any way? ANY input or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Northwestern only has an econ major and Berkeley only accepts junior level transfers.

While The Kellogg School of Management is at Northwestern, it is a graduate school. There is no undergrad business major.

...any particular reason why?

oh nothing against the program...just thought southern cal wasn't for me.

you mean south central wasn't for you... LOL

stern and berkeley only offer ugrad business

"stern and berkeley only offer ugrad business"

I am not sure where you heard this but it is not true.

I'm not only looking at specific business programs, I'm looking at other top universities where I can major in ECON.

sweet, so your saying columbia and northwestern offer undergrad busines. I forgot that cornell does

No, I am saying that Stern and Haas offer business for undergrad and grad.

NimeshShah, check your grammar... you said nyu and berkeley only offer business(as in they don't offer any other majors); not that only nyu and berkeley offer business...

By the way truthat: you might also want to look into schools like UVa or CMU

can somebody actually answer my question? haha

^I just edited my previous post, read it :P
