Transfer chances? Unique case(?)

Hey Everyone, thanks in advance for reading my post, any input is greatly appreciated!

So I stand in sort of a unique position for transferring.
Out of high school (graduated in 09) I was accepted to UCI and I did end up going, but long story short, I worked over an hour away almost every day of the week, and family problems at home... I struggled and ended up failing out last year.

Instead of trying to get readmitted I decided to start fresh. So I enrolled in a local CC and now hold a 3.87 GPA (I have one F, from a class I took while attending UCI in summer of 2010, but I remade it recently with an A) [Not sure if USC replaces the F with the A or not]
I hold honors in some of those classes as well.
With a total of 32 units

My work experience is:
A major electronic store (sales and promoted to technician) - 3 years
Lead website designer for my high school - 1 year

ECs
Volunteer at THINK (mentor/support for underprivileged children) - 250 hours
Volunteered at a local aquatics center for 3 years in high school - 500 hours
Entrepreneurial Business Club - 1 year @ CC
Honors - 1.5 years @ CC
Fencing
Karate
At UCI I was treasurer for a club for the years that I was there (not sure if I should put that or not)

And I started my own business in Advertising and Marketing last year, it is doing relatively well for being a little over a year old, but nothing too crazy

Just wondering how everyone would rank my chances at transferring, and thanks again!

Oh I would be applying for an Economics Major
I would really like Wharton school of Business but I don’t think I have enough to compete with the other applicants since it is really competitive
