Transfer Chances

Okay I know chances threads are so prevelant but I just ask for a few minutes.
So I reallly don't know where to start. Right now I am going to a two- year school in Indiana. My academic advisor and my Phi Theta Kappa advisor think I shouldn't waste my time at a state school so they suggested looking at top schools around the country.
Right now I'm looking at Cornell, Northwestern, UChicago, Brown, and some state schools for safeties. I really want to limit applying to 4 or 5 schools.
So here's my story. At the age of 17 I was emancipated and moved away from my family. I worked at least 2 jobs while I was a senior in high school.

So here are my stats:
HS-graduate of 05
3.8/4.0 thats unweighted I have no clue what my weighted gpa is
class rank 4/35 (in Arkansas most schools have some rule where you have to have gone there for 3 semesters to earn any title)
I took the old SAT 510 verbal 570 math (beginning of junior year), I know that's low don't degrade me for it
Honor roll every semester

College- 3.9/4.0
Dean's list

EC- 9th-11th German Club- (treasurer 11th)
9-12th Band(marching, concert, and pep) section leader 10th-12th (numerous solo and ensemble awards)
9-11th color guard, winter guard (captain 11th, most improved 9th)
9th-11th Psychology Club
9th Earth Club (vice-pres)
12th Quiz Bowl (co-captain)
12th science club (secretary)
9th-10th, 12th tennis (captain 12th, 8th in the state)
9th jv/varsity basketball
9th-11th jv/varsity track and field
9th-10th cross country
9th-11th parks dept. volunteer
9th-11th church youth group (vice pres. 10th-11th)

college- phi theta kappa (vice pres)
numerous community services involvement

I know there is probably more but right now I can't really think. Also, I am majoring in history if that plays a role and may double major in german also.
Also, if you can suggest some schools to look at it would be helpful. Thanks.
