Anyone one admitted to the college of engineering for industrial engineering ???

I applied for summer b and still no answer… I guess ill just register for my classes at ucf …until now i was waiting for uf but i cant wait any longer… I wont be able to find a place to live at the very last minute… too bad they take that long to review apps.

Yea engineering will most likely be one of the last people to know, and that’s pretty frustrating, our future KIND OF depends on their decision.

I got an email from financial aid saying my package was ready and that I need to log in to ISIS to accept my awards. I logged in and it shows how much your expected to contribute according to fafsa, along with the loans and grants offered. I got this email about maybe 2 weeks ago or so. I was accepted early march and sumbitted my 2012-2013 fafsa around late march.

I got a call from financial aid today, the representative said that she had to talk to her supervisor and try to get him to fix my problem-- y.y

They haven’t solved it yet… They said it was because they look at the acceptance from 3 different sources, and one of them said I wasn’t accepted while the other two said I was… I’ll tell you when I get the call, but you should probably call the office too

Lol, I’ve never used public transport either. I could easily learn, but I’d rather have my own means of transport. I have a car, but I think I’ll leave it since there isn’t any parking for cars at UF. Plus, bikes/scooters/motorcycles get the best parking. Even though the bus is prob good for campus, idk how good it is at getting around town :/

I have the same issue too with financial aid! Come Monday, I’ll be calling.

Man, I drive like crazyyyyy. I spend like maybe 2-3 hours total everyday just driving to and from school because I have classes on different campuses (and I live far from all of them -_-). Its going to be kinda refreshing to be in a smaller town and not have to worry about rush hour traffic and expressways :D

I live in Ocala and go to Gainesville all the time. I don’t think the traffic is that bad around the University, except game weekends. Then…holy sh… Good luck trying to find parking within 5 miles of the school. The people who are lucky enough to live close to the University charge $20 a car to park in their yard. So that is always a plus for off-campus housing.
