Hey folks. do you have any information if UW accepts transfer students from Spokane community colleges or it’s more about community colleges around Seattle area? I’m studying Biology with 3.6 gpa. my goal is to get accepted into UW but otherwise i should think about WSU. what do you guys think?
UW definitely accepts Spokane cc transfer students; their number #1 source of transfers is from Washington state community colleges as a whole. For admissions they look at grades (Average accepted gpa of ~ 3.4), essays, and preparation for your major (90 credits, prereqs done) among other things. Look at the course transfer guide on their website for an idea of what will go over.
