<p>i am freshman and i have already completed 16credits with 4.0 gpa. i am planning to apply for fall09 so by that time i will have completed 36 credits in total. i am confused when some earlier stated that i need to have 24 credits by the time i apply!!! is that true???</p>
<p>and i have a poor SAT but good HS and College GPA. so how much weight does SAT has on admission decision?? and are there any provisions for scholarships for international students??</p>

<p>^states that you need a 2.5 gpa on 24 credits hours of coursework by time you apply.^</p>
<p>Sorry but, it looks to me like your short. You could try to apply and then send in your spring transcript in May. They might still have room. SAT/ACT/High schools grades arent really looked at. They only look at your high school transcript to check the courses taken, not the grades.</p>
