Transfer Major Preparation

<p>I have applied to San Diego State University as a transfer student for Fall 2012 in an impacted major. I go to a local community college where there is guaranteed transfer to San Diego State. Unfortunately, I do not have the major preparation completed. I will likely be missing two of those courses (plus the ones that are only available at State) by Fall 2012. There is no way I would be able to complete those this semester.</p>

<p>Is there still a chance to get in? GPA is 3.5 and all GEs are completed.</p>

<p>In all the information that they have provided for transfer students,one of the big notes was that you must be 100% with all course work for your major and GE. The supplemental application is where it will be come apparent as the decision for transfer is solely based on the outcome of that application.</p>
