Transfer Questions

When will I purchas football tickets?

If I do not receive on-campus housing, do the off-campus places come with an internet connection, and if so, broadband or dial-up?

Which football games are the ones where parents can get tickets? And how do I do this?

Thanks so much.

You purchase football tickets in the fall, don't worry, you will hear about it! It is within the first few weeks of school.

Depends on the off-campus place but several apartment complexes do now provide wireless. Back in the day when I was off-campus I was at Castle Point and they did not have wireless, so I used dial-up, but I believe that they do now have wireless for free. If you look around, you can find it.

I wasn't able to get tickets for my parents my first year because I was accepted after the date to send in those forms so I just let it go and got them tickets the next year. However, you can get in touch with the ticket office and ask them, I wouldn't be surprised if they could help you out somehow. If not, get in touch with other current students and see if they will have extra parent tickets. I probably won't as I already have a list of people who want them and it is my senior year but others definately may. Just ask around.

Hope that helps

The lottery most likely will occur at the men's soccer game on Aug. 21. You pick up your numbers earlier in the day. You can pick up your tickets a couple days afterwards depending on what class you're in. If you live on campus and are not a freshman, an info sheet will be put in your mailbox. Freshmen have to go to an orientation type activity to get theirs. If you live off campus, you might have to pick it up at some event (I think it was at the off campus "orientation" last year).
