I'm currently a sophomore @ Fordham University, and want to transfer to CAS at NYU.

GPA: 3.26 (Fordham's core SUCKS...brings your GPA so far down). Going up, and currently have a 4.0 (just got midterm grades).
ECs: Radio station news reporter (NPR affiliate, it's basically a paid internship), admissions tour guide, ran track frosh year

HS GPA: 3.7
SAT: 2140 (M: 660 R: 690 W: 790)
ECs: Editor of yearbook, Associate editor of paper, track captain
8 AP exams, mostly 4s, one 5, and two 3s.

My essays are very good, and my work experience/ other ECs are very strong (these are just the most relevant).

Should I wait until the spring to apply for fall transfer (and bring up that GPA), or should I try now? If I don't try now, I think I am going to study abroad in London through NYU, and then transfer from there...

Any help anyone!? I'd love you forever!
