Transfer student: Will my acceptance get rescinded? Please help

So here's the thing - I got accepted into the Rutgers Arts and Sciences School with 43 credits from Community College with a 3.3 GPA. On the application, I said that I will be graduating May 2012 (because that was when I was expecting to graduate) and that I will receive my associate's degree May 2012.

However, from talking to my school counselor, I found out that I won't be able to be graduate until August 2012 after fulfilling 8 more credits. Rutgers Arts and Sciences require a Maximum of 60 credits. By the end of this Spring semester at my CC, I will have 57 credits. After I send in my transcript to Rutgers after this semester, they're going to look at it and say this kid lied and I'm very worried that they might rescind my acceptance. Am I fine or am I in a dangerous situation right now? Please help.

FYI I need 65 credits to graduate from my CC with an associate's. So I will be taking two classes (Each worth 4 credits) in the summer.

Why are you asking us? Call admissions.

This will not result in rescission of our offer of admission. Make sure to send us your spring 2012 semester transcript by July 13 and follow that up with an updated transcript later in the summer when you earn your degree. Also, be sure to inform your transfer dean about this when you attend the STAR day program during the summer: [STAR Days](<a href=“Error Page”>Error Page).
