Transfer to Georgetown or American U?

I'm not sure if this is in the right section, if it is I apologize.

I'm attempting to work out my possibilities for future education options. My dream is to attend Georgetown or American University. I'm a home-schooled senior now, and I'm fully aware I would not be accepted to those schools. My SAT(1630) and ACT (23) ruined that. I'm not quite sure what happened there. Anyways, I have a 3.81(9th-11th) and for the first semester of 12th I've got 4.0. I took seven courses in 11th and also for this year. I haven't been able to volunteer, I've applied for volunteer positions but one place closed down just as I was ready to volunteer and others are too far away or do not reply. I have self-taught myself Arabic though, I'm not sure if that would count towards anything.

That's the gist of my high school life. I understand it's deeply below a school like Georgetown or American University but I would love nothing more than to attend one of those schools. My question is if I were to attend a CC for a year or even two, or possibly my state university, do you think it would be possible, of course with a great gpa, that I would be able to transfer over?

To American U, then definitely yes you would have a chance. Georgetown would still remain a challenge. For CC try getting a high GPA and a lot of EC’s perhaps you could join a sport, that would be even better. Good luck!
