I just visited Montr

chances were good if u applied early. but try anyways!

i wold lvoe to try, but both schools websites tell me that it is too late for fall and the the courses i want for spring are not availble :(

Make sure you note the very early deadline for the first part of your McGill transfer app. Last year it was 12/15/05 for Fall 2006 when most other schools had March or later deadlines.

McGill's is a very streamlined app - no essays, no recs. "Just the facts, ma'am." Your stats look good to me, but I only have direct experience with an Engineering applicant.

Good luck.

I should clarify that I wish to enter the universities as a junior (since it is too late now to enter as a sophomore)

i hope that wouldn't be a problem, and additionally, i have searched extensively, but I a unable to find any admission statistics about either university.

I also searched extensively, janedoe, re McGill and never found admissions stats. I asked a friend who is a college admissions counselor and she didn't have any either. I guess Canada just isn't as "stats" and ranking obsessed as we are? ;)

You might go onto the McGill forum here on cc, if you haven't. There are some knowledgeable kids posting there who might have some stats for you.

You'll get into McGill.

you'll get in to UofT, this school's admission isn't too competitive :)

You will definately get into U of T. Mcgill it's a bit harder to say. Like all cdn uni's, it's just straight stats (ie no essays, no recs). Your marks look good enough to me so I think you shouldn't have a problem but it's less of a guarantee with a place like mcgill. good luck!
