Transfer to McIntire

I'm currently a sophomore at the University of Rochester with a GPA of 3.79. I'm interested in possibly transferring to the University of Virginia and possibly McIntire for the spring semester. I will have completed 56 credits by the end of this current semester (minimum for McIntire is 54); I have a 4 in AP statistics; Additionally I will have completed Calculus 1, Principles of Economics 1, Microeconomics, Financial Accounting, a Business and Politics class, and a writing class. Not sure if two popular music classes will fulfill the fine arts requirements. I will not have completed managerial accounting or a foreign language requirement. That being said, would it be recommended that I apply to the College of Arts and sciences and then complete the remaining required classes before applying to McIntire, or is it recommended that I apply straight to McIntire. Am I way over my head in applying to McIntire or do I have a reasonable chance of being accepted. Any insight would be greatly Appreciated
