Transfer to UCF/other Florida Universities ?

How does it work? Like how soon after I attend another college can I transfer to UCF (if I don't get off of the wait list) or any other Florida school? Like I know that they treat you as if you're applying out right out of high school if you want to apply before like two years or something right? So they'd look at my test scores and such from high school right? Would I be able to retake the ACT/SAT once I'm not in high school?

Or would I have to wait 2 yrs to transfer? Does it really have to be two years or do you just have to have enough credits to be a sophomore?

Basically I just want to know about the whole transferring process because I'm very confused as you can see.

Thanks (:

It doesn’t have to be two years, just as long as it takes to get the credits from your AA. That’s what I was told when discussing doing Direct Connect if I don’t get in. I’d only have one semester left to complete my ‘two years.’

So how many credits will you have/need before you can transfer?

I believe it’s 60 hours for your AA degree coming from a CC into UCF. A couple friends of my sons transferred from FSU and UF after one year to UCF. UCF allowed those transfers with fewer hours, but I do know they had originally been admitted to UCF, and they had high stats in HS and in college.

Zebes

Yeah If I were to transfer it would be from USF so I just didn’t know how long it would take or how many credits I’d need to transfer to another school from another university.

I really hope you get accepted to UCF Dx !

Awhh thank you <3 ! It seems unlikely but I really hope so too!
