How easy would it be to transfer to Purdue’s college of engineering? (i.e. say I applied to the college of liberal arts, was admitted, but want to switch schools?)

The problem is many of the majors are full after the first year engineers transition to their majors, and they have priority. It’s also difficult for non engineers to get into the pre-req courses that they would need to CODO.
We were told during our admissions sessions that if you want engineering, apply to engineering. If you aren’t accepted, you are better off going to another school that has admitted you directly to engineering.
