I was planning on graduating a semester early from my senior year of high school, and then taking ACC courses for the following semester into the summer in hopes of having enough credit to transfer. Would this work?

You would have to take 30 hours over that time span. I am not sure how this would work with applying to UT. But, this would be a fairly tough feet on its own.

Because of the early application deadlines, it may not be possible.

However, if your HS offers AP &/or dual credit courses, you’d save $$ by earning credits there during the spring of your senior year instead of at ACC. You could also check out the dual credit courses offered through UT Extension [Online College Credit Courses Overview :: University Extension, The University of Texas at Austin](http://www.utexas.edu/ce/uex/online/)

you are better off just applying to UT, if you dont get in just do 30 hours and transfer, keep in mind you will need a good GPA of 3.6 or higher most likely

mind that this would be the spring semester and then the summer semester.
