Transfering to Northeastern University

Hi, very recently, I graduated from High School (last week). I've been rejected to Northeastern University and I'm going to attend Wentworth Institute of Technology for Architecture this fall.

Is it possible for me to do a transfer within just one year?

The prerequisite work that I must have to be considered are
* Freshman English I, II
* Calculus I, II
* Physics I, II
* Introduction to History of Architecture
* Natural Science
Will I be able to take all those courses will managing my major? (I don't understand how the course selection for college works yet)

What should I do to improve my chances? Should I volunteer?

Is there anything that I can do to improve my chances during this summer?

I heard that Northeastern's Architecture program is very selective and has very few students. About how many people are actually in the undergraduate architecture program?

I'm sorry for asking so many questions at once, but I appreciate any answers and input in my questions. Thanks!

Dude, I transferred from a community college after one year. I suggest applying to the college of arts and sciences. Once you get in, rock a few courses and switch majors.

Thank you. Luckily, Architecture is in the College of Arts and Science. :D
