<p>So I've been considering transferring for some time now and today I finally got my acceptance. I've kinda known that I would want to transfer, but I didn't wanna say anything because I was unsure if I would get in. My question is now, how do I go about telling people? I've told my three best friends and a few of my teammates, but that's about it. I haven't told anyone in my hall, let alone my roommate. How do I break the news to them? I'm just really bad at conflict, so this is hard.</p>
<p>May I ask where you go and why you are transferring? Also, you should all go out to dinner or something and break the news to your friends. But tell them the reason you are transferring and that you will still be in touch, just make sure you tell them before you start packing!</p>
<p>I go to UB right now and I’m transferring to Binghamton. I didn’t really do a college search because UB was the only close range school that had my major, but I changed my major. When I visited Binghamton for a meet, I fell in love with the campus and research made me love it even more. It just felt like a better fit.</p>
