Transferring from a CC to a Japanese University

I am planning on possibly dropping out of my current CSU to a CC, due to some financial issues. Should I stay at my CSU, take a risk? I am still lost. If I do graduate from the CSU, will I get my teaching credentials, unlike UCs?
Nonetheless, I need A LOT of help on things...

The major I want/prefer is called Early Childhood Education, for careers in teaching preschools/kindergartens. If after 2 years at a CC, I definitely have the option of transferring to a UC/CSU. However, I wish to become a teacher in Japan(my parents are Japanese, and I have been taught the language along with English :) ), at least work there for some time. Of course, I probably need to take required courses, credentials at a Japanese University? So is there a way to transfer from a CC to a foreign university (Japan)? What may be the approximate percentage of successfully tranferring? Am I definitely required to study at a Japanese University? I am honestly clueless.

If anyone has any knowledge/advice to share, I would like to know. Thank you so much!

Consider [Temple University, Japan Campus](http://www.tuj.ac.jp/default.html).
