Transferring from private to public junior year. How much will this affect me?

My parents had this weird belief that all catholic schools were superior and wonderful and put me into this school that made me retake classes and forced me to take unnecessary classes simply because the school before me was independent and didn't require regents to graduate (I live in New York).

The school didn't allow freshman and sophomores to take AP classes until junior year and only put scholarship kids into honors. If you weren't on scholarship, regardless of your grades, you would be put in a regents or basic class.
It was also a school that mainly favored basketball & fashion and wouldn't start a debate or Model UN team, despite the fact that I and others pushed for one. Eventually, we began one but not until April. Before school was nearly over/

My parents finally saw the lack of rigor in my classes and have decided to transfer me into the local public school, of which is really good.

Unfortunately, this is 2 years too late.

I am going into junior year in September and plan to take as many APs as I possibly can to make up for the lack of them over the past two years and have already started studying in advance for Algebra 2/Trig, AP US, & Chemistry. If i manage to do attain a 95 overall UW average at my new school, in addition to being a URM & low income applicant, All-American, science research, & 3400 volunteer hours so far, will my chances for ivies still be incredibly low?

Thanks for all your answers in advance!

Without test scores, no one can answer this. Come in with some exceptional test scores and you might have a shot, come in low and nothing will give you a shot.
