Hi everyone. I’m currently a second yr student at SUNY New Paltz. I’m applying to transfer to Binghamton in fall 2018. So far my gpa is a 3.26 (got a C+ in a gen ed yikes. Other than that all my grades are A- and two Bs). I’m applying as an english major with a minor in philosophy. I know their minimum is a 3.0, but I’m still nervous that it’s not good enough. I also have an internship with the Office of Communications & Marketing at New Paltz. I’m working this semester to get my GPA up to a 3.4 but what are my chances of getting in? Thanks :-*
Are you transferring because your old doesn’t have the major you want to do?
I’m transferring because I don’t enjoy New Paltz per say. I’m also applying to Albany, Geneseo, and Stonybrook…but I’m not too worried about those haha
