So I need to transfer for a lot of reasons, and I’d like to go to Bryn Mawr.
Due to some medical issues and just generally a rough time my grades are not great (two B+s, and then a B- and a C+ in year long classes so those aren’t my real grades yet). My extracurricular life has been pretty good though and I’ve assistant stage managed two shows, been in one, and will stage manage two this semester. I volunteer for the admissions office, work as an overnight host, and volunteer for the women’s center on campus and take back the night when it was happening.
I had an interview and it was okay but not the best I’ve ever done. I was admitted last year as a HS senior and came to my current school instead.
Can I get in? Or is it unlikely?
Pick up the phone and call the admissions office. Tell them that you were admitted last year, and you want to know what you need to re-activate your application. If you are lucky, they will not require much new stuff from you.
