Transferring to FSU

I'm a senior who will be attending FIU in the Fall. However, I'd like to try and transfer to FSU because I don't think commute will be a good fit and honestly I would be much happier outside of my house.

How/when do I go about doing this and for which semester? Do i use my old FSUID and password or create a new one? Because it only has the option for undergrad applications and I am unsure as how to fill out a transfer application. It asks for my High School Senior Courses that I am taking (I'm not taking any since I've Graduated).

Also, when do transfer applications typically open up? I know the one for Fall 2012 and Spring 2012 are open currently, however I figured that doesn't apply to me. I was thinking I would apply for Fall 2013. Are transfer applications open after the undergrad ones?

Would I have to resend in all test scores/transcripts or will they have kept that?

And lastly, the issue will of course be getting in. I suppose after two years i can just apply for my AA degree. Right now, I meet the requirements for admission and would like to transfer as soon as possible.

Transferring to FSU is much easier if you have your AA degree. This is because, without an AA, you have to meet both the freshman requirements and transfer requirements for the university.

The best place to start though when looking to transfer to FSU is this page: [FSU Admissions | Transfer](<a href=“FSU Admissions | Error 404 page not found”>FSU Admissions | Transfer)

Ah thanks, I wasn’t aware I’d still have to meet freshman requirements. I’m still confused though, can I still use my old FSUID to apply as a transfer if I previously used it for an undergrad app? I don’t really see an option for a “Transfer App” and it always leads me back to that page. Also does anyone know if they keep your test scores and transcripts, or will I have to resend them?
