Transferring with warnings

Dear all,

I'm trying to transfer out of SJSU in the fall of 2013. As a sophomore, I have a cumulative GPA of 3.42(i think it should be a bit higher but one of the courses i took over summer hasn't transferred over yet). I'm also done tutoring last semester and I'm currently in NCAA athletics.

Last semester, I got into a minor alcohol incident which I was in a room with others and RAs came because music was too loud and saw someone holding a box of alcohol. I received a warning for it and learned my lesson, which I never hanged out with these people and even dare to touch alcohol especially when I'm in sports.

This semester, I got into a plagiarism scandal.. Apparently the teacher thinks I copied code off of someone, which in reality I don't even know the person at all. In a month, I meet with the committee and I think i could either receive a warning or at worse probation if unlucky. Since that, I've been more alert with my hw so that i don't get accused again.

I do know the transfer schools are going to need to know this. I'm applying to Purdue, Emory, William & Mary, and UIUC. What are my chances? Based on other forums, I'm at risk. And I also know that I can explain the incident, how i learn my lessons, etc.

To add more. In high school my GPA was 3.2, which shows I have change a lot when I hit college.
