<p>Yes. All transfer admits to Berkeley are only admitted to the college, not the major. Your application is evaluated from the perspective of your major, but you can declare as whatever major you like. </p>
<p>At CalSO they’ll split you by major to choose classes. At that point you’ll join up with whatever you intend to major in, regardless of whether thats what you listed on the application.</p>
