<p>why dont you just call and ask? I dont know about having them emailed....but you can certainly have your recommendation faxed or mailed to the admissions office.</p>
<p>yeah they said i can have them mailed, or emailed from the online app. the online only has room for 4 recommendations....is that a limit? or can i have 5?</p>
<p>4 is probably the limit. 5 is overkill - after 4 letters I think they get the point. I did 3, and had the recommenders send them through the online form. They all told me it was really easy to do that way, and then you also don't have to worry about snail mail getting there on time (or even at all with the mess of paperwork the office must receive).</p>
<p>would it be okay to get a GTA to write a recommendation?</p>
