<p>I'm going into pharmacy at Rutgers next year and was wondering how often people go into NYC, like for fun or whatnot, and what the costs are for each trip. I remember that the train took like $9 single ticket last year when i visited, but how much would monthly/yearly passes be?</p>
<p>Also, I heard some talk about a bus that goes from NB to Philly in a 4-5 hour ride, and was wondering how much that would cost too.</p>

<p>The price was increased last month so now one-way is $13.00; around $20-$24 for round trip (I forgot the price for round-trip, sorry!). This is from New Brunswick to NY Penn Station.</p>
<p>A student monthly pass costs $271.00. A monthly is best if you will be going at least 5 times a week. I wouldn’t suggest if you only plan to go like twice a month. People do go to the city, but it gets costly over time.</p>
