I’ve been trying to find out about ths place4 fore some time, but have had little luck. I think my problem has been that I have’nt been direct enough. So here it goes.

How big are the rooms? Big, Small, similar in size to (insert hall name here)?

How the walk? Will I mind it being on the far end of campus?

What sort of things make it unique? Does it have activities or facilities that make it unique? For example, I know Ormsby hall (not Trever) goes to an apple orchard ever year.

How would people consider their experiences in the hall? Is it a fun place to be, or is it a nightmarish experience (doubtful, I know)?

Oberweis, my son was in the hall this past summer and it is by the river and the farther from the center of campus of all the dorms but that means an extra block or so. Honestly, I have never seen the dorm but have seen a few that are close by. He sent me a few pics and it looked like Plantz from the inside...? That is all I can help with. Check out the online site Lawrence Residence Life Trever Hall

ober, I advise sending an email with your questions to the res head of trever. Trever Hall RHD

We did do that on all the candidate dorms that were in my d's sights, and we recvd honest detailed responses to questions like yours. Trevor was not one, else I'd share the info.

Trever has a cool basement. There are no closets. The rooms seemed to be pretty nicely sized. (I didn't live there but have friends who did.)

The walk in the winter sucks, but the walk everywhere sucks when it's below zero Fahrenheit. It's not bad at all when it's nice out. It takes maybe ten minutes, tops, to walk from Trever over to Colman (on the other side of campus).

Medium doubles, singles are good

Walking sucks in the winter, but otherwise it's fine.

The west-facing rooms have a nice view of trees/river. When you walk to trever after class it's like walking home to a neighborhood.
