TROUBLE with linked common app and naviance!

I'm hoping to send in my Nov.1st early action application and I'm almost done, I just need to finish up some last minute edits on my personal statement and then upload it. However, my counselor just emailed me tonight saying that I must add my college (northeastern) to my "list of colleges" in common app for her to be able to send my recs and transcripts etc.
This is a problem, because I've searched through both my common app account and my naviance account and it says that I've already linked the accounts. So I have no idea what it is that's preventing my counselor from seeing my common app request! My deadline is coming up, so now I'm really stressing! Please, anyone with similar experience? and could tell me what might be going wrong/on.
when i first started my app on common app, i had already typed in my common app id in my naviance account. and on naviance now it clearly says that its linked to my common app. and on common app in "school forms" it says that my school and i are using "naviance".
i already sent in my supplement for NU too, so these recs are seriously the last things! id be devastated if after all my work, i don't make the early action deadline!

My D is having a similar problem (but not exactly the same). It sounds like your GC wants you to move the college to the “colleges I am applying to” section. Now, at our school, it is set up so only the GC can make that move. But maybe not at yours… make sure the college is in that category as a first step. So… I interpret this as not that the accounts are having a linking problem, but that you have not gotten NU into the “colleges I am applying to” section of Naviance. Does that make sense?

For my D, the app is due tomorrow (Nov 1) at another college. She has submitted her common app, supplement, and paid the fee. But the “school forms” triangle is staying stubbornly red on that (and all other) colleges, even though the school says they have uploaded the recs and transcripts. Fortunately we have tomorrow to work on it… go see your guidance counselor in the morning about this if you can’t get it squared tonight. I told my D to skip class and get a pass from the counselor if necessary to work this out, because it is important.

I went in this morning! Apparently, my counselor could not submit my applications on her computer because it said that i hadn’t added NU to my colleges. However, when she called naviance’s costumer service, she realized that it was because she needed to press the “update” button for the system to receive the information from my common app account.
My situation was different from your daughter’s, but if she still hasn’t been able to resolve her problem, maybe you guys could give naviance’s costumer service a call! (: hopefully everything goes well for you daughter too!
