Hi,
I am a physics major with a very unattractive transcript. I failed a class freshman year (business calculus 130). Now I am retaking the course, but the damage to my transcript is unavoidable.
As a physics major, I hope to transfer into a 4 year university and complete my B.S. and continue into grad school.
Can I still transfer into a 4-year university with an ugly transcript? My gpa is in the 2.4-2.5 range. I live in California. Thank you!

Depends on the school.
As a California resident, you do have options with the Cal States; yes, even with that GPA.
Start doing some research for those schools and your majors.
